All products sold by ZenAltoJapan are digital and delivered instantly after purchase. Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

However, if you experience any issues with your purchase or are not satisfied, please feel free to reach out. We’re happy to review your case and provide support where possible.

For custom travel plans, once work has started or the itinerary has been delivered, refunds are not available.
